1.1 DOWNLOADING THE MOBILE APPLICATION

You can create a Professional Account at any time: when registering for the first time on the Mobile Application or if you already have an Individual Account.

In order to subscribe to a Professional Account, you will have to follow the following 3 steps:

Optionally, you can upload a photo or an image associated with your Professional Account.
  • The provision of this information is compulsory and in the absence of a complete answer from you, Kampeky will refuse you the creation of a Professional Account on the Mobile Application. Any false or irregular declaration may be subject to automated processing intended to prevent fraud.
  • 2. Acceptance of these General Conditions
  • We inform you that by clicking on the Create a Kampeky account button, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and have read, understood, and accepted without reservation our General Conditions and the Kampeky Privacy Policy.

In order to pay the amount during an Authorized live, Users can use the balance of their Kampay Account.

In the event that the balance is not sufficient, they will be asked to register a bank card in order to settle the sum required for payment. Credit card data will never be recorded by Kampeky on any of the Company's physical or electronic media. The bank card data will be directly processed and recorded by the company MANGO PAY SA, as an authorized electronic money establishment.

The buyer may pay the Amount indicated by the seller during an Authorized Live video, hereinafter referred to as the Amount, from the Mobile Application using the Buy function. Confirmation of the Booking will have the effect of transferring the Amount from the Buyer's Kampay account, and / or their registered bank card or other associated bank accounts if the account balance is insufficient, to an escrow account held by Kampeky.

Upon confirmation of the Booking by the Purchaser, the Seller is instantly notified by a message sent via the messaging service of the Mobile Application..

On the other hand, the Reservation action during a live leads, depending on the seller's choice, a request for payment of fifteen (15%) or thirty (30%) immediate percent of the value of the purchase within a period of 5 (five) minutes, otherwise the reserved property will be put back on sale and will make it impossible to access the future reservation for a period as described (hereinafter 5.1. Payment of the Amount will be retained by Kampeky until Confirmation of the Transaction by the Buyer.

5.1. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION OR PURCHASE: A buyer has the option of canceling a Reservation or a purchase from the Mobile Application.

5.5. WITHDRAWAL OF THE KAMPAY BALANCE FROM A BANK ACCOUNT

The transfer of the balance of the Kampay account to a bank account must be requested by the Account Holder from the Mobile Application in the My Account section..

6.1. INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT

If you subscribe to an Individual or Professional Account, no monetary consideration will be required by Kampeky to access and register on the Mobile Application, as well as to broadcast a live video Authorized.

6.2. KAMPAY

The use of the Kampay service is completely free for Sellers. Buyers will be charged a commission equal to 5% of the Amount paid including VAT, plus € 0.70, automatic debit upon the Confirmation of the Transaction by the Buyer including the price and service charges of Kampeky.

6.3 PURCHASE OF PEKY PACKS (INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT AND PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT)

If you have an Individual Account or a Professional Account, you have the option of subscribing to three types of paid Peky packs for Live Authorized (hereinafter, a Peky Pack), as described below.. Peky Pack ), as described below.

  • Confirmation of the order

  • Right to retract :

When you use the Mobile Application you agree to :

  • Offer only goods that belong to you and of which you have free disposal, or for which you are duly appointed or authorized for this purpose by their owners.

In all circumstances, Kampeky's liability towards customers acting in the context of their commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity will be limited to the amount paid by them for the services provided by Kampeky.

All content available on the Mobile Application including texts, software, scripts, drawings, graphics, interface, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive functions present on the Mobile Application constitutes the property of Kampeky or the rights are granted to Kampeky licensed. This content is protected by copyright, trademark law and all other intellectual property rights or related rights owned by Kampeky or its licensors.

For this reason, and subject to article 11 below (Social Networks), we do not grant you any right other than that of using the Mobile Application for your strictly personal and private use.
