1.1 DOWNLOADING THE MOBILE APPLICATION

Whether you subscribe to an Individual Account or a Professional Account, your live streams will remain online for a maximum of two (2) hours from their posting. At the end of this period, your live will be automatically stopped in the Mobile Application. 3.1 Categories of Live video Authorized on the Mobile Application

The buyer may pay the Amount indicated by the seller during an Authorized Live video, hereinafter referred to as the Amount, from the Mobile Application using the Buy function. Confirmation of the Booking will have the effect of transferring the Amount from the Buyer's Kampay account, and / or their registered bank card or other associated bank accounts if the account balance is insufficient, to an escrow account held by Kampeky.
Upon confirmation of the Booking by the Purchaser, the Seller is instantly notified by a message sent via the messaging service of the Mobile Application..
On the other hand, the Reservation action during a live leads, depending on the seller's choice, a request for payment of fifteen (15%) or thirty (30%) immediate percent of the value of the purchase within a period of 5 (five) minutes, otherwise the reserved property will be put back on sale and will make it impossible to access the future reservation for a period as described (hereinafter 5.1. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION).
On the other hand, the Reservation action during a Live does not entail any refund if the buyer no longer wishes to finalize his purchase.

Payment of the Amount will be retained by Kampeky until Confirmation of the Transaction by the Buyer.
5.1. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION OR PURCHASE: A buyer has the option of canceling a Reservation or a purchase from the Mobile Application.

5.3. CONFIRMATION OF THE TRANSACTION :

5.4. VISUALIZATION OF THE KAMPAY BALANCE
If you subscribe to an Account you can instantly view your Kampay account balance in the My Account section of the Mobile Application.
5.5. WITHDRAWAL OF THE KAMPAY BALANCE FROM A BANK ACCOUNT
The transfer of the balance of the Kampay account to a bank account must be requested by the Account Holder from the Mobile Application in the My Account section..
6.1. INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT
If you subscribe to an Individual or Professional Account, no monetary consideration will be required by Kampeky to access and register on the Mobile Application, as well as to broadcast a live video Authorized.
6.2. KAMPAY
The use of the Kampay service is completely free for Sellers. Buyers will be charged a commission equal to 5% of the Amount paid including VAT, plus € 0.70, automatic debit upon the Confirmation of the Transaction by the Buyer including the price and service charges of Kampeky.
6.3 PURCHASE OF PEKY PACKS (INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT AND PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT)
If you have an Individual Account or a Professional Account, you have the option of subscribing to three types of paid Peky packs for Live Authorized (hereinafter, a Peky Pack), as described below..
We draw your attention to the fact that the subscription of a Peky Pack must imperatively intervene before the creation of an Authorized Live video.
You can subscribe to a single Peky pack during the purchase and this as many times as you want.
If you take the initiative to delete your Individual Account or Professional Account, all the packs attached to this account by the referenced email address will be deleted, and the Peky coins linked to your account will be permanently lost. In this case, the price of the lost Peky Packs will remain acquired in Kampeky, without compensation.
If we take the initiative to suspend or delete one of your Live or your Individual or Professional Account for the reasons provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, the price of any Peky Packs that may be lost will remain with Kampeky, without compensation.
When you use the Mobile Application you agree to :
Kampeky's role is limited to making the Mobile Application available to connect its users (seller, buyer), and to offering the paid services of Pack Peky.
